The story of Dostana has its own extremely fresh approach. The screenplay works at adding the humour. And dialogues are wonderful too. But there are a few flaws also. The movie takes off with the audience being briefed about both Sam and Kunal's respective professions, but after that the professions just seem to be a part of jokes. Also the relationship between Neha and Abhimanyu is not really shown developing well.

Technically, Dostana looks superb. Cinematography has Ayananka Bose's has proved his brillianance. It looks bright and Miami is very appealing. The film is edited to look nice and cool - Manan Sagar does a good job in that. The music is rocking and peps you up. The costumes look bright and vibrant matching up to the attitude of the film and of course make all the actors look awesome. Akki Narula needs to be applauded for that.

On the performance front, Abhishek Bachchan (images)walks away with all the cerdit. He comes up with an outstanding performance. Dostana provides Abhishek and John (images) just the right vehicle to showcase certain expression they would have never shown otherwise. Priyanka Chopra (images)does well too, apart from looking sizzling. Bobby Deol does a good supporting job. And how can one forget Boman Irani. What perfection as a gay!

Dostana, is all in all is a fun film.
