Akshay Kumar to visit the dreaded house of Bigg Boss

Action King Akshay Kumar will enter the dreaded house of ‘Bigg Boss’ in style. Akshay will arrive in a helicopter and drop into the house- the stunt is sure to take the inmates by surprise. The actor, whose film ‘Blue’ is all set to hit the screens, will be seen promoting his film through the reality show. He will reportedly be spending half a day with the inmates. Akshay is looking forward to especially meeting Vindoo as they are friends.

“He will spend a couple of hours with the inmates and talk to them about the stunts he has performed in Blue. He will also have lunch with the contestants. When he emerges out, he will have a brief chat with the host and talk about his experience of being locked up and under surveillance," added the source.

A spokesperson confirms, "We cannot reveal whether Akshay will be going inside the house or not. All we can say is that Akshay Kumar is going to visit Big Boss”.

Last year, Akshay was on the show to promote his film ‘Jumbo’. He had co-hosted an episode of the show with Shilpa Shetty.

Bollywood superhit ‘Pyaar Ke Side Effects’ is set to return as a sequel, but this time it may have a new lead couple. It is expected that Akshay Kumar and Sonam Kapoor will be portraying the role of Sid and Trisha, which was earlier played by Rahul Bose and Mallika Sherawat respectively in the original.

Producer Pritish Nandy says that , "Akshay Kumar was the first and only choice for the sequel. He has that roguish charm to take Sid’s role further."

Akshay loved the script and has already agreed to work on the film.However, Sonam’s presence has still not been confirmed for the film, but Mallika has said no to the offer.
